Warhol-esque Digital Painting

For this assignment, I downloaded a picture of Shaquille O'Neal from the internet. Then I dragged into Photoshop and made a canvas that would hold 4 of the picture. Then I used different colors and shades to made different picture of Shaq.

Georgia O'Keeffe-Inspired Digital Painting

For this assignment, I got a flower from the internet and downloaded it into Photoshop. Then I cropped it so it was zoomed in a lot. Then I used different colors and a paintbrush brush to color it in.

Digital Post-Impressionist Portrait

For this assignment, I chose to make a portrait of Danny DeVito. First, I selected the large dot brush but reduced the size of it. Next, I downloaded a picture/portrait of Danny DeVito off of the internet. I loaded it into Photoshop and outlined him with black. Then I used other colors to color in all of the features on his face. I chose to name this guy Danny DotVito

Digital Post- Impressionist Landscape

For this assignment, I downloaded an image of a landscape from the internet. Then in Photoshop, I used the dot brush to draw over the landscape. First, I drew the grass with a combination of dark green and dark yellow. Then I drew the trees and the other grass with dark greek and brown. Then I colored the clouds with white and the sky and ocean with a mix of light blue and white.

Digital Painting of Choice: Sketchbook Pro

For this assignment, I chose the topic of baseball for the drawing. It was simple but I enjoy baseball a lot so I drew a baseball. I used the tool where it mirrors to draw the threads and the circle tool to make a perfectly round circle to make the shape of the ball.

Create a New Logo for Favorite Brand

For this assignment, I chose to re-create a logo of the brand Tic Tac. First, I chose the square outline stencil and made the big box. Then I shrunk the stencil to make the 9 mini boxes.

ArtRage Composition: Formal/Informal Balance

For this assignment, I decided to go for formal balance because I thought that it would be easier. For my assignment, I used the glitter gun tool to create a cool texture for the piece. I used the colors lime green, baby blue, yellow, magenta, red, orange, and dark blue to make a formal balance piece.

Street Art Piece in SketchBook Pro

 For this assignment, I downloaded a picture of a large brick wall. I opened it up in SketchBook Pro and though of ideas for this assignment. Then I came up with the random topic of America. I thought it would look cool and I spray-painted it onto the brick wall.

ArtRage Stencils: Rhythm/Movement

For this assignment, I took the Alien Device stencil in ArtRage to make a cool pattern with them. For my tool, I used glitter to fill in the stencils because I wanted them to have a cool texture and it looked really cool whilst I was making it.

Rothko-esque Painting in ArtRage

For this assignment, I went into ArtRage 2 Deluxe and started to do a painting similar to Mark Rothko's. First, I took red, yellow, and green and blended them together to get a painting similar to his.

Celebrity with Animal Name

For this assignment, I chose Bear Grylls because I wanted to do something funny. To make him have his animal counterparts, I added a snout and a pair of ears and I blended them to his head.

9 Panel Comic Strip

For this assignment, I created a random comic by creating 9 individual other random scenes for the comic. For the theme of my comic, I chose the theme of a fail by a robber but I really don't know where I got the idea from, I just thought that it was random.

Colored/Shaded Scene of Choice Cartoon

For this assignment, I went for the theme of horror so I did just that. First, I downloaded the background image and then I colored it. Secondly, I downloaded the people in my image, including the ghost, the woman, and the zombie.

Bird Coloring Page Assignment

For this assignment, I downloaded a random image of a bird. Then I dragged the feathers into Photoshop and cut them out to put onto the bird.

Kaleidoscope Assignment

For this assignment, I chose a random image of a kaleidoscope from the internet and dragged it into Photoshop. Then I chose different colors to decorate my kaleidoscope and then I was finished.

Wheres Braeden???

For this assignment, I found many random things off of the internet and placed them into my project. Then I took a photo of my face in Photo Booth and dragged it into Photoshop. Then I downloaded a photo of Waldo from the internet. I cut my face out and cut Waldo out then I placed it somewhere random in my photo.

Albrecht Durer Assignment

First, I found an image of a donkey on the internet and dragged it into Photoshop. Then I converted the image to black and white. I designed a pattern for the donkey then cut it out. Then I put another background behind the donkey to finish the project.

Edward Gorey Assignment

In this project, I first cut out and oval and a heart shape to make a nuke. Then I cut out a banner and I typed the Gashlycrumb Tinies sentence that rhymed with Braeden.

 For this project, I drew an image of Bartolo Colon swinging and missing the ball. First, I went onto the internet to download an image of him. I found this image and I thought it was funny so I outlined him.
